Air Fryer Mac And Cheese

Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 250 g /9oz Dried Macaroni Pasta
- 375 g /3.25 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 600 ml /2.5 Cups Semi-Skimmed Milk/2% Fat Milk
- 2 Tsp Garlic Puree
- 2 Tbsp Mustard Powder
- 1 150g/5oz Pack Boursin Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients (apart from the Boursin) into a foil container or a casserole dish or a silicone pan.
- Stir the mixture well with a dessertspoon.
- Air fry mac and cheese for 9 minutes at 180c/360f, stir then cook at the same time and temperature again.
- When the air fryer beeps stir the macaroni cheese, find a spot for the Boursin, and submerge.
- Air fry again for another 9 minutes at the same temperature, stir and it will now be very creamy from the Boursin. Cook again for the final 9 minutes at the same temperature, stir, and serve.
