Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 400 g Can Tinned Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Puree
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Drain a can of tinned potatoes and then pat dry with kitchen towel (paper towel).
  • Place the potatoes into a bowl with the melted butter and the seasonings and mix well with your hands until fully coated.
  • Place the garlic butter tinned potatoes in the air fryer and air fry for 20 minutes at 200c/400f.
  • Then do a fork test to make sure the potatoes are soft enough and golden enough, if not add a couple of extra minutes.

Notes

Crispy. We found that the potatoes needed 20 minutes to get to a good level of crispiness but if your goal is heated through potatoes you can reduce this to 10 minutes.
Coating. We went with a classic restaurant style of garlic butter and parsley. You can swap the butter for extra virgin olive oil if you prefer.
