Air Fryer Potato Peel Crisps

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Large White Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Place the peelings into a mixing bowl with the oil and seasonings.
  • Mix well with your hands for an even coating and then tip the potato peels into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 18 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • When the air fryer beeps shake the potato peelings and then air fry for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
  • Do a texture test and make sure they are crispy enough to your liking before serving with your favourite dipping sauce.

Notes

Peelings. In this potato peelings recipe we used the leftovers from two large baking potatoes that we had used for a portion of air fryer chips.
