Air Fryer Oven Greek Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 6 Lamb Shoulder Chops
- 450 g /1lb White Potatoes
- 1 Large Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Greek Marinade:
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Lemon juice and rind
- 10 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Peel and dice your potatoes into roast potato shapes. Peel your garlic cloves and place them into a bag with the other marinade ingredients.
- Add the potatoes and lamb chops into the bag and shake well until the marinade is well covered. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate or overnight if you can.
- Layer your lamb chops on one of the air fryer oven trays and season with salt and pepper. In the gaps add half of your garlic cloves from the leftover marinade and your sliced lemon. On the other air fryer oven shelf add your potatoes as well as the last of the garlic cloves.
- Place the shelves into your air fryer oven, set the time and temp to 180c/360f for 25 minutes. Serve.
