Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes
These crispy air fryer breakfast potatoes are made with baby potatoes and bacon and are perfect served with your other breakfast favourites.
You can mix and match favourite flavours or even make air fryer breakfast potatoes with onions and peppers.

Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 kg /2.2lb Baby Potatoes
- 6 Slices of Bacon
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Dice the baby potatoes into bite sized chunks. Place the potatoes into a mixing bowl with the oil and seasonings and mix well with your hands.
- Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and spread them out for an even cook. Air fry breakfast potatoes for 20 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Whilst the breakfast potatoes are air frying dice your bacon into bite sized chunks.
- Shake the air fryer basket and add the bacon bits over the potatoes. Continue air frying breakfast potatoes for a further 12 minutes at the same temperature.
- If the breakfast potatoes and bacon are not crispy enough air fry for another 5 minutes or until crispy to your liking.
