Air Fryer Oven Rotisserie Beef
Delicious perfectly cooked roast beef cooked using the rotisserie feature of the air fryer oven.

Ingredients
- 1.3 kg /3lb Rump Beef Joint
- 2 Tsp Garlic Puree
- 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
- ¼ Tsp Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
- A Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
- Push the rod of your rotisserie all the way through the beef until it comes out the other side. Then feed a clamp into the rod at each side. Securing them into place.
- Spray the beef with a little olive oil on all sides. Then also smother the beef in the garlic puree.
- Then mix in a bowl the dried seasoning and the brown sugar and rub it all over the beef. The olive oil and the garlic will help it stick to the beef.
- Position the beef in the air fryer oven and cook at 180c/360f for 40 minutes for medium roast beef.
- Then allow to cool down, remove the rotisserie attachments slice and serve.
Notes
Air Fryer Basket – If you have an air fryer basket instead then its easier. Simply prepare your beef and then place it into the air fryer basket. Turn it over halfway through the cooking time and air fry at 180c/360f for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
