Load Mediterranean veggie bag into a bowl. Add seasonings and extra virgin olive oil.
Mix with your hands until the seasoning and oil is well coated on the veggies. Load the veggies into the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
Do a fork test on the zucchini – it’s the slowest cooking item and if its fork tender and crispy then you are done. Otherwise cook for a further 3 minutes.
