Peel and thinly dice the red onion. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well until the pork mince is well seasoned.
Using a meatball press create your meatballs. If needed add some oat flour to combine them together.
Place the pork meatballs into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
Serve while still warm.
Notes
Syrup. The honey is what gives the skin of the meatballs such a fantastic crunchy glow. We recommend that if you don’t like honey that you use something similar like maple syrup.
