Air Fryer Crustless Quiche
Quiche in the air fryer needs to be top of your list for the next thing to air fry. This Air fryer quiche is quick to prep as no faffing about with making homemade pastry or buying a pie crust, and then when it has cooled, makes a fantastic take to work food.
This crustless quiche, also known as an impossible quiche is amazing in the air fryer and easy to mix and match with different fillings.

Air Fryer Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
- 125 g /1 Cup Self Raising Flour/Self Rising Flour
- 5 Large Eggs
- 120 ml /0.5 Cup Whole Milk/Full Fat Milk
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 4 slices Ham chopped into chunks
- 85 g Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tsp Mixed Herbs/Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a mixing jug and add the milk and mix well with a fork to make a quiche batter. Then stir in your seasonings.

- Add the remaining filling ingredients and continue to mix.

- Add in the flour and stir.

- Then give the mixture one last mix before pouring it into your pie dish. Though as you do scrape the edges for any of the batter that has not being poured in.

- Place the quiche into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 180c/360f and air fry for 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 160c/320f and cook for another 10 minutes or until a cocktail stick or toothpick comes out clean.
