Instructions
- Place the burger ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with your hands.

- Form the burgers into two quarter pounder burger patties and then place into the air fryer basket. Air fry your big mac burgers at 180c/360f for 12 minutes.

- In the meantime, prep your big mac sauce. Add the sauce ingredients into a bowl and with a spoon mix together until you have a creamy burger sauce. Put to one side.

- Also prep the salad garnish for on top of your burgers. We used sliced tomatoes, sliced onion, some lettuce and gherkins.

- When the air fryer beeps remove the burgers and add a tortilla wrap to each air fryer drawer, or you can do one at a time. Spread a teaspoon of sauce on them and then press down the almost cooked burger. Add a teaspoon of sauce on top, then push down a slice of the processed cheese. Air fry for another 3 minutes at the same temperature or until the cheese is perfectly melted.

- Remove the mac tacos by the wrap, this makes it easier.

- Then load up your burgers with salad garnish and the remaining sauce before serving.
