Equipment
- Cosori Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 5 Jalapenos
- 165 g 1 Small Tub Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion/Green Onion
- 115 g /1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese sharp/mature
- 2 Tsp Cilantro/Coriander Leaf
- Salt & Pepper
Jalapeno Popper Breading
- 1 Tbsp Melted Salted Butter
- ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tsp Cilantro/Coriander Leaf

Instructions
- Let’s air fry jalapenos. Place the whole jalapenos on a chopping board and slice lengthways. Then using a teaspoon carefully remove the seeds. Place the seeds in the bin and wash your hands to avoid eye rubbing soreness and then get your bowl out ready for making your filling.
- Into the bowl add the cream cheese, chopped onion, garlic, grated cheese, and your seasonings. Mix well with a tablespoon until well mixed. Then in another bowl add your seasonings with the breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Using a teaspoon stuff the jalapeno halves with the cream cheese filling.
- Then place the jalapeno poppers cream cheese side down in the breadcrumbs and then transfer back to the chopping board, or direct into the air fryer basket.
- Rinse and repeat until all the jalapenos are done and then air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f or until the breading has a crisp to it and then serve.
