Pressure Cooker Frozen Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 675 g /1.5lb Frozen Beef Meatballs
  • 1 400g/14oz Canned Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Place the tinned tomatoes into the instant pot and add in seasonings and mix.
  • Place frozen meatballs on top and don’t stir.
  • Place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook for 8 minutes on manual/pressure cook.
  • Manually release pressure when it beeps and serve.

Notes

Mix and match for your favourite cooking sauce. You can swap the tinned tomatoes for barbecue sauce, spaghetti sauce or whatever your favourite meatball sauce is.
You can also mix and match your meatballs. For example, chicken meatballs, turkey meatballs as an alternative to beef meatballs.
