Air Fryer Salisbury Steak Burgers

Ingredients

  • 450 g /1lb Minced/Ground Beef
  • ½ Small Brown Onion
  • 3 Large Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Tomato Paste/Puree
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Mustard Powder
  • 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper optional

Instructions

  • Peel and thinly slice the onion and garlic. Throw everything into a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well and form into burger shapes.
  • Cook for 12 minutes at 160c/320f in your air fryer in the air fryer grill pan.
  • Serve.

Notes

Mix. Its important that you mix the burgers well, otherwise you can end up with one Salisbury burger having a lot of paprika, to the next burger being tasteless.
