Air Fryer Roast Potatoes

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 Large White Potatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 2 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and then slice your roasties into quarters or sixths depending on the size of your potatoes. Place the potatoes into a mixing bowl with your oil and seasonings.
  • Mix well with your hands. Your roasties are now ready for the air fryer.
  • Tip the potatoes into the air fryer, spreading them out and then air fry for 12 minutes at 160c/320f, shake the potatoes in the air fryer, then air fry for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Put a fork in one of the bigger potatoes to make sure the potatoes are soft and fork tender.
  • Then shake the potatoes and air fry for a final 4 minutes at 200c/400f or until crispy to your liking. Then serve.
