Pressure Cooker Soft Boiled Eggs & Soldiers
Did you know you can cook dippy eggs in the pressure cooker? We have made pressure cooker soft boiled eggs and soldiers using the pressure cooker for the eggs and the air fryer for the toast.

Pressure Cooker Soft Boiled Eggs & Soldiers
Equipment
- Electric Pressure Cooker
- Egg Trivet
Ingredients
- 4 Large Eggs you can do 1-7 eggs at once
- 8 Slices Bread
- 2 Tsp Butter
Instructions
- In your pressure cooker add your egg trivet along with 1 cup/240ml of water. Load your large eggs onto the egg trivet slots. Place the lid on your pressure cooker, set the valve to sealing and cook for 2 minutes.

- While your pressure cooker soft boiled eggs are cooking cook your toast in the air fryer, it takes just 2 minutes on a high of 200c/400f. Butter your toast and chop into soldiers.

- As soon as the two minutes is up and it has beeped, manually release pressure. Place the eggs into egg cups and slice the top of the eggs. Serve your dippy eggs with your soldiers and more toast and jams.
