Pressure Cooker Frozen Meatballs
Equipment
- Electric Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- 675 g /1.5lb Frozen Beef Meatballs
- 1 400g/14oz Canned Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Place the tinned tomatoes into the instant pot and add in seasonings and mix.

- Place frozen meatballs on top and don’t stir.

- Place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook for 8 minutes on manual/pressure cook.

- Manually release pressure when it beeps and serve.
