Pressure Cooker Baby Carrots

Pressure Cooker Baby Carrots
Equipment
- Electric Pressure Cooker
- Steamer
Ingredients
- 450 g /1lb Baby Carrots peeled and washed
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Place 240ml/1 cup of water into the bottom of the pressure cooker inner pot. Add the trivet/steamer shelf and place your steamer basket on top.

- Add your baby carrots to the steamer basket and season them with salt. Place the lid on the pressure cooker, set the valve to sealing and cook for 0 minutes.

- While it pressure cooks mix together the honey, salt and pepper and olive oil.

- Manually release pressure when it beeps and load your baby carrots into the marinade bowl and mix well. Serve warm or cold.
