Air Fryer Pitta Pizza
With just a handful of simple ingredients these Pitta Pizzas are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Just choose your favourite pizza toppings and cook until crispy in the air fryer.

Air Fryer Pitta Pizzas

- Blender
Ingredients
- 4 Pittas
- 4 Slices Gouda Cheese
- 1/2 400g/14oz Can Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Tomato Puree/Paste
- 3 Garlic Cloves peeled and quartered
- Pinch Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- Handful Fresh Basil
Instructions
- Place into the blender the fresh basil, garlic, tomato puree and tinned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Using a pastry brush add a layer of tomato sauce over the pittas.

- Add one slice of cheese along with a sprinkling of oregano.

- Place in the air fryer grill pan inside the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes at 160c/320f.

- Slice and serve.
