Love sausages and chips, then you must try air fryer sausage and chips. Cooking both the sausage and the chips together with the option of adding eggs and beans if you would like, it’s a great classic dinner in the air fryer.

Ingredients
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 6 Thick Pork Sausages
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium thickness chips.
- Transfer the chips, the seasoning and the olive oil to a bowl and mix well with your hands.
- Place the chips into the air fryer basket and spread them out. Air fry the chips for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Spray the tops of the chips with olive oil, shake the chips and then add the sausages on top. Air fry for another 12 minutes at the same temperature, until the sausages and chips are done to your preferred level of brownness/crispy texture.
- Then serve your air fryer sausage and chips.
