Air Fryer Oven Ham
This is our favourite for rotisserie meats that you can cook in the air fryer oven using the rotisserie.
The air fryer gammon (aka ham) is fed onto the rotisserie and cooks like it does at a restaurant.
How did it become our favourite you may wonder? For Christmas 2019 (wow a long time ago now) we said we would have our favourite rotisserie meat in the air fryer oven as our main Christmas roast. All 5 of us had a vote and all agreed gammon/ham was the best.
Note: this air fryer gammon recipe also features in the oven chapter of our cookbook Air Fryer Easy Everyday.

Air Fryer Ham
Equipment
- Air Fryer Oven
Ingredients
- 1.3 kg /3lb Boneless Gammon/Ham Joint
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Dried Parsley
- 2 Tsp Wholegrain Mustard
- 2 Tsp Runny Honey
Instructions
- Score the gammon all over with a knife in both directions creating a criss cross around the meat. You do this on both the lean and fat sides to get the seasoning everywhere. Aim to go in by 1cm/0.5 inch.

- Then in a bowl mix together your pepper, parsley, honey and mustard.

- Brush the honey and mustard mixture all over the gammon.

- Push the rod of your rotisserie all the way through the gammon until it comes out the other side.

- Feed a clamp into the rod at each side. Securing them into place.

- It will then be secure on each side, won’t have any movement and is ready to be placed into the air fryer oven.

- Position the gammon in the air fryer oven and cook at 180c/360f for 65 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 70c/160f or above.

- Then allow to cool down, remove the rotisserie attachments slice and serve.
