Slow cooker potatoes and carrots

Whether you call them slow cooker potatoes and carrots, or carrots and potatoes, these are so good in your Crockpot. Dom has been slow cooking me these for years and I thought it was about time I shared them with you! I don’t know about you, but when I am planning my shopping list and checking what I already have in, that needs using up, there is always some potatoes……
