Let’s cook frozen fish fingers in the air fryer with chips and baked beans for the ultimate 90’s after school dinner. If you love Birds Eye fish fingers and want to air fry them, then this is perfect for you.

You can cook frozen fish fingers on their own, or pair them with McCain frozen Gastro Chips for the ultimate weeknight air fryer dinner.

Fish Fingers In Air Fryer

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 Frozen Fish Fingers
  • Frozen Chips
  • 200 g Baked Beans

Instructions

  • Load frozen chips into the air fryer basket to one side and air fry for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • When the air fryer beeps, shake the chips, and add the fish fingers to the other side. Cook for a further 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Turn the fish fingers over and shake the chips. Spray with a little extra virgin olive oil. Air fry for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature.
  • Load the fish fingers and chips onto plates.
  • At the same time add a ramekin full of baked beans into the air fryer and air fry for 3 minutes at the same temperature.
  • When the air fryer beeps serve your fish fingers, chips, and beans.

Notes

Temperature. Don’t be tempted to increase the temperature up as it will make the inside of the fish fingers dry out.
Optional. You can serve this with or without beans or swap the beans for spaghetti hoops or something similar.
